APPLICATIONS:
This system was installed as part of a research project by the TU Braunschweig. It is about the construction of a lighting control system , depending on the intensity of daylight, artificial lighting in the hall sections, the foyer and the corridor. A predefined daylight (Lux) threshold value is first used to enable the possibility of switching on the lights. The foyer and hallway have an additional option for switching lights on and off, where only selected lights can be switched. Via two motion detectors per hall segment, the lighting in the respective hall segment is switched off after approx. 20 min when no movement is detected. In addition, the FBH devices are used to switch off the ventilation system if all detectors register no movement over a period of 30 min. For occasional competitions, an automatic daylight “ON” and “OFF” button is implemented.
